Cocktail Party Wedding Package

 
The prices include:
(all prices are gst inclusive)

  • Your choice of finger food from the menus that follow
  • A dessert buffet table consisting of: Platters of tropical fruits, Australian cheeses, dried fruits, nuts and crackers, tea, freshly brewed coffee & chocolates.
  • Service of your wedding cake either as a buffet dessert or placed in cake bags for your guests. (you provide the cake bags)
  • Fully qualified and experienced staff to serve at your function.
  • Cake, present & occasional tables & chairs covered in white linen
  • Tables decorated with candelabra with white candles, ivy and ribbon
  • Chairs with black covers and gold bows (unless otherwise requested)
  • Full use of our deck & garden areas with outside furniture and brassier fires lit around the garden.
  • A blazing log fire - weather permitting.

Beverage Packages include : Basic light & heavy beers, bottled house, red, white & sparkling wines and assorted soft drinks & juice.

Accommodation: As we will be unable to let our two bedroom fully self-contained apartment  if your  wedding cocktail party continues later than 10pm, it will be necessary for you to engage the use of the apartment for 2 nights. The rates are $260 for 2 people, extra people are $20 per person per night. The apartment sleeps 4 people & includes all linen & a substantial continental breakfast basket.

Wedding ceremonies are welcomed next to our water feature or on our deck.

The charge for a ½ hour wedding ceremony at Great Alpine Inn is $400.00. This includes Guest arrival time ½ hour before the ceremony, service of iced water as guests arrive, chairs set up for older guests and to form an isle for the bride to make her entrance, a table with cloth for the signing of the wedding registry & service of drinks and nibbles on the lawn (weather permitting.)
