A good day on the slopes & an appetite to match... but where do you get fresh delicious food on the mountain, and who wants to prepare it?

Call Great Alpine Food on 0357 501 600, We'll organise for you:

Catering service including finger food functions, sit down or buffet lunches & dinner parties from 6 & up to 100 people, wherever & whenever you want.
A Chef service is available, your own food cooked for you. Great for groups of 8 or more who prefer to dine in
Food delivery service, an entire dinner party or a weeks worth of meals delivered to your door pre prepared and ready for you to do the final cooking & serving
Au pair / Chalet Host service , why not let mum really enjoy a holiday, we'll cook clean & baby sit while you enjoy our beautiful mountain.
Fondue party , taste the Alps, a great fun night for 8 or more friends including food, wine, schnapps and staff for only $65.00 per person, only 24 hours notice required.
Wedding & conference service we can arrange all aspects of your mountain top wedding or a week long conference, let us design something to suit your needs
Fully Licensed . We are fully licensed to supply your party with all your beverage needs, we have a selection of local wines available & can obtain the wines of your choice with some notice.

Following are some typical cost scenarios: All prices are GST inclusive

Chef Service - Cost for a chef is - $30.00 per hour for the first 4 hours and $26.00 per hour following that. The minimum charge is for 4 hours plus travel. You supply the food; we cook, serve and clean up afterwards. 15% surcharge on a Sunday or public holidays.

3 Course Sit Down Dinners - are available pre prepared & delivered to your door or fully catered for. You are given a large list of delicious homemade entree, main & dessert dishes to choose from prior to the dinner, for each of the following price ranges: $44 per person (min 12 people) $58 per person (min 8 people) $73 per person (min 6 people). If these menus don't suit your budget or requirements, we'll individually tailor a menu for you

Finger Food Functions - Your choice from a large list of tempting savouries.

Fondue Parties – at $65.00 per person including pre-dinner nibbles, cheese and chocolate fondues, wine, schnapps (a fondue tradition) & staff for a 4 hour function, these theme parties are great fun & require only 24 hours notice to book.
Staff - members are charged separately at a rate of $26 per hour weekdays, $30 per hour Saturdays, $35 per hour on Sundays & public holidays All staff bookings are for a minimum of four hours.

Please allow 1.5 hours either side of staff's arrival and departure time for travelling.
