Great Alpine Food Don't move the mountain, we come to you

The cost for a chef / waitperson is $30.00 per hour for the first 4 hours and $26.00 per hour following that. The minimum charge is for 4 hours. If you are pre booking the chef service, we can assist you with menu selection, shopping quantities & lists, this service will be charged on a per hour basis @ $22.00 per hour - 15% surcharge on a Sunday or public holidays.

The average 2 – 3 course dinner including preparation, cooking, serving & cleaning up will take approximately 4 hours.

One chef is capable of cooking for 12 people, more or less. For dinners well over this number another waitperson may be required and will be charged at $26.00 per hour.

The Chef service is available for clients who have brought their own food to Mt Hotham or Dinner Plain. If extra supplies are required for the dinner they will be charged at cost, shopping time will also be added to the account.

Confirmation: To confirm your booking for the Chef service a deposit of $100.00 is required. Cheques should be made payable to Beparo P/L.

Past 28 days prior to the function. - The Client will pay $100 cancellation fee

In the event that Great Alpine Food cannot gain access to the mountain due to adverse weather conditions or road closure, Great Alpine Food will not be held liable for any losses incurred. Please be assured Great Alpine Food will make every effort to fulfil its obligations. Should road closure prevent your booking from taking place on the date booked, Great Alpine Food will attempt to fulfil the booking the following day, should this be unsuccessful due to the organizers unavailability or due to prior bookings on behalf of Great Alpine Food, the organizer shall pay for any costs incurred including food, staff & travel expenses.
